City life
Arad is a city located in the West region of Romania, on the lower reaches of the river Mures. It is also called little Wien. The story is that in 1906 the historian Nicolae Iorga was in Arad and compared it with Wien. Among the first cities in Romania, it is the chief county and the largest city in the county.
